Biography
David Hudowski advises companies on internationalization, restructuring, and sales and marketing strategy. His focus is on developing new markets and optimizing corporate structures across national borders, particularly in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In these regions, David Hudowski built strategic partner networks and acquired new trading partners – a decisive contribution to increasing sales. In countries such as France, Switzerland, and the Benelux countries, he supported restructuring and the selection of trading partners. He understands restructuring as a holistic process: In comprehensive restructuring projects, he took on the strategic realignment of sales, marketing, product development, logistics, and production. David Hudowski has been with Liebich & Partner since 2024 and can look back on 15 years of experience in managing various industrial companies. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master's degree in Business Administration and brings in-depth knowledge to help companies develop in a targeted manner – whether through optimized structures, new markets, or an improved market access strategy.
