Alexandra started her career in marketing communications and research, working with companies in a wide variety of industries and market segments. In 2017, she commenced her professional journey in executive search, using her expertise and business knowledge for the successful recruitment of top and middle management positions across the CEE region. Currently, Alexandra is a Consultant within the Romanian team and manages local and international assignments for the search, selection and placement of management roles in various sectors, such as consumer goods, professional services, media, advertising & technology. Alexandra holds a BA in Communication and Public Relations, and a master’s degree in Management. She is a native Romanian speaker, with fluency in English and Spanish.
