After graduating with a dual degree in Marketing and Psychology in 2019, Michael worked in eCommerce ads management until joining JCW in June 2022. Working within Major Accounts, he recruits across all of JCW’s verticals throughout the continental United States. He focuses on keeping up with market trends across these industries and building a network of top talent for hiring managers all over the country. Michael is in charge of managing candidates from initial calls to the interview process and through to post-placement care.
