Mike has more than 20 years’ experience in the recruitment sector supporting private equity-backed, owner-managed and multinational businesses with C-suite appointments. He joins Directorbank from Tindall Perry, a boutique search firm, where he was responsible for the day-to-day leadership of their operations whilst helping them expand their coverage and search capability across the mid-market. Prior to Tindall Perry, Mike was a Director at two independent finance and accountancy recruitment businesses. Mike is based in our Manchester office and provides additional focus and coverage across the North West of England.
