Tanya is a VP, Client Services, with more than 20 years of experience headhunting across numerous industry sectors, including Fashion, Operations & HR, Manufacturing, Administration, Retail, and Sales Recruitment. Her broad and lengthy track record of experience makes her a go-to partner for searches across all industries. A graduate of Huron College, Tanya started her Toronto recruitment career right out of school at AppleOne Employment, where she quickly rose to a management position. Looking to advance her career and hone her headhunting skills, she joined a large international recruitment firm, where she led the entire sales team, followed by an eight-year stint at another large firm. In the seven years prior to joining IQ PARTNERS, Tanya helped her husband and his business partner build a successful boutique recruitment firm from the ground up. Tanya’s greatest strengths are her high degree of professionalism, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and genuine enjoyment of a good challenge. She excels at working closely with senior leadership in determining their recruitment needs and delivering on them with a “can do” attitude.
