Carol brings more than 25 years of experience in retained executive search. Her expertise spans a variety of industry sectors, from technology to hospital and healthcare and life sciences. She has a passion for identifying current and future leaders and has conducted senior level assignments in the US and Europe for multiple disciplines across the Biotechnology, Medical Device and Pharmaceutical sectors. Clients include seed-stage companies, small to mid-size biotech, as well as large global pharmaceutical companies. She has also partnered with clients on numerous Board of Director searches. Carol has two adult children who have inspired her to run several half marathons and join her in her travels whenever they can.
