As Director for our Law Firm Management Practice, Karen Kleiman is responsible for leading executive-level retained searches for senior, non-legal law firm management roles, including in marketing, business development, finance, technology, diversity, human resources, knowledge management, professional development and firm administration. Karen lives in Mequon, Wisconsin, with her husband Joe, occasionally their two college-aged children and their giant dog. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, skiing, hiking and just being outdoors.
