Alexandre Dovilez

After several years of experience in the B2B world of retail and services, I now support SMEs, mid-cap companies, and large companies in the commerce/retail/service sector in their search for senior executives and company directors. Convinced that successful recruitment relies on much more than technical skills, I pay particular attention to human qualities and the fit between a candidate and their work environment. My approach is based on listening, analysis, and intuition, with a strong commitment to creating encounters that make a difference, both for the company and the candidate.
