Matt is the Managing Director of Taylor Ryan’s Toronto office. He is responsible for developing, leading and overseeing our Specialist Real Estate and Construction Staffing Businesses across the Ontario region. With 19 years continuous recruitment industry experience across four countries, Matt brings a wealth of experience in hiring, training and growing a wide variety of staffing teams and business units. Over the years Matt has been active within many philanthropic groups and charities, as well as youth organizations. In his personal time, Matt regularly participates in martial arts and heavy resistance training. He also enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, snowboarding and experimenting with VR & AI.
