Leo is a senior associate in True’s Boston office. He focuses in the life sciences with experience spanning biopharma, device, and diagnostics. Before joining True, Leo was an associate in the biotech practice of Korn Ferry and started his early career with a boutique retained search firm focused exclusively in regulatory affairs. Through these roles he has developed a thorough understanding of all stages of drug development and completed many successful searches in the gene therapy and the rare disease space, among other therapeutic areas and modalities.

Leo enjoys playing hockey, fishing, and lives for long trail runs with his dog, a Bloodhound named Washington. He graduated from Union College where he majored in political science.
