Ramona is a Project Manager based in Ferguson Partners’ New York office and brings more than a decade of experience to the team.

Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Ramona was a search coordinator at David Barrett Partners, a global boutique executive search firm specializing in investment and wealth management. Prior to her recruiting career, she was an event manager at Columbia University and an executive meeting manager at The Roosevelt Hotel.

Ramona attended The City College of New York. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, going to the beach, and spending time with her family.
