Sandy provides UK & international experience advising Boards & HR, executing retained senior executive searches with expertise in Industrial (Manufacturing & Engineering) Sectors, Transport & Infrastructure and Consumer environments.

Prior to joining Amrop UK in 2016, Sandy spent 8 years as a Senior Partner and Head of the Industrial & Infrastructure practice at a London based boutique executive search and advisory business.

He has worked with public and private companies within Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, Packaging, Chemicals, FMCG, Transport, Nuclear and Renewable Energy recruiting at C-Suite and General Management levels. Additionally, Sandy has built the leadership teams for a number of the UKs largest Infrastructure Programmes across Transport (Rail/Airports/Road/Ports) and worked for some of the largest global engineering consultancies. Sandy has additionally recruited for NEDs, Independent Panels and advisors.
