Francia re-joined SpenglerFox in October 2022, prior to which she worked for SpenglerFox for three and half years between 2018 and 2021 as an Associate in the Life Sciences Practice Group. Before re-joining the business as Principal, Francia worked as a Consultant at Dartmouth Partners for a year, where she was responsible for the business development and execution of Finance related positions. In total she brings 10 years of recruitment / executive search experience, and a successful track record of placements at local, European and global levels.
