Based in Lausanne my role is to drive performance and growth throughout mainland Europe by working closely with clients to build and manage executive search and senior management recruitment processes. I personally lead on a range of executive search assignments with particular focus on sporting goods brands, international federations and agencies, and lead a multi-lingual team that delivers search services to eight countries in Europe.
