Martin is a graduate of EM Normandie and a Specialized Master in Strategy from Toulouse Business School. After starting his career as an analyst and then a financial auditor within Big 4, he joined Michael Page in 2006 as a consultant in the division dedicated to corporate finance professions. He leads recruitment missions on behalf of CAC 40 groups, subsidiaries of international groups, SMEs or start-ups in various sectors (energy, distribution, industry, media, services). In 2010, Martin joined a subsidiary of Transearch as a senior consultant where he enriched his know-how by carrying out recruitment missions for managers and directors in support and operational functions. Two years later, he created the YourWay Human Resources firm specializing in the recruitment of managers and directors for companies and investment funds. Since 2018, YourWay Human Resources has joined forces with Vauban Executive Search in order to develop “Corporate” (Finance, HR, Tax and Legal) and Investment recruitments.
