Having worked in-house with leading companies such as Novartis, Alcon, and Sandoz, Dave helped to establish and lead the first executive search function at these organizations, successfully recruiting up to Executive Committee and Board level. Specializing in innovative medicines, generics, specialty pharma, biosimilars, medical devices, CROs, and CDMOs, Dave has developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
