Amanda joined Eliot Partnership in 2023. She began her career in executive search in 2019 as an Analyst and Practice Coordinator supporting the Industrial Technology practice at RSR Partners. Her recruiting efforts focused on search mandates for C-Suite positions across a broad range of clients from start-ups to Fortune 50 enterprises in the full array of industrial and manufacturing markets. Prior to joining RSR Partners, Amanda participated in an AmeriCorps program in the Midwest U.S., teaching remedial and enrichment educational programs in the Chicago Public Schools system. Amanda received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Eastern Connecticut State University.
