Meghan has been in Talent Acquisition for over 10 years, with the majority of her recruiting experience focused in the RPO space. She is a results-oriented leader with expertise in high volume and niche full lifecycle recruitment across a broad range of industries including; Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, IT, Engineering, Telecommunications, Retail, Finance, Biometrics/Security/Government, and Real Estate. As a Director at ChasmTeam, Meghan brings her strong passion for training and development, diversity recruitment, and streamlining processes to help expand the RPO division of the company. Her drive to build strong teams and love for relationship building and maximizing efficiency has been a driving force throughout her career. She looks forward to utilizing these skills to help Chasm Partners continue their growth pattern in building out new programs, excelling in client management and refining account implementation and expansion. Meghan is from the Milwaukee, WI area and has 2 children who keep her and her husband busy outside of work. In her free time, she likes to cook, spend time with family, stay active, and support local arts/theater.
