Michael is Director of Research for Global Healthcare, Higher Education and Not-for-Profit placements and is based in our London office. He has over 15 years’ experience spanning across healthcare, further and higher education, not-for-profit / charity, local and central government, and commercial sectors. Prior to working in executive search, Michael led on candidate attraction and searching strategies for the EMEA RPO recruitment division of a major global recruiter. He trained colleagues in how to find and attract candidates as well as developing annual and bespoke advertising strategies for a broad array of major commercial clients. He has appointed senior board and executive leaders in the UK, Europe, GCC / Middle East, Australia and New Zealand. This includes for large and complex international organisations as well as locally focused voluntary organisations. Michael has a particularly extensive track-record delivering searches for executives within the following functions: CEO & Board, Commercial, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Legal, HR & Administration, IT & Tech, Supply Chain & Operations and Sustainability. Michael graduated from Plymouth Marjon University, UK with a BA (Hons) in Public Relations and English Language.
