After graduating from Victoria University of Wellington in 2009, Charlotte then worked in retail banking in New Zealand for a few years before moving to the UK in 2013. She began her career in recruitment in London, working in the medical imaging sector for a number of years, before taking up legal recruitment at Taylor Root in June 2018. Charlotte focuses on placing qualified lawyers into interim positions in-house, as well as paralegals both permanent and interim.
