During his studies, Nicolas discovered the human resources consulting profession through an internship at Argos Bernard Julhiet in Lille. After a postgraduate work-study program at the Orange Business Services group, he decided to join People Search, specializing in financial professions. For over two years, he spent time as a recruitment consultant, before being approached by Lincoln, which was looking to expand its interim management division. Within the firm, Nicolas worked with a partner to build this practice while developing a portfolio of recruiters in financial and human resources roles. After five years, he was approached to join the firm Taste RH, where he held the role of senior consultant, then Principal within the structure, still specializing in corporate M&A and HR financial professions for expert executives. In 2023, Nicolas joined forces with a team of ambitious, recognized, and passionate entrepreneurs to create and develop W Executive. Responsible leadership is what attracted Nicolas to the heart of the W adventure because throughout his professional experiences, he was able to observe the growing difficulties in engaging candidates in recruitment processes but also how to retain the best employees. He is in charge of the Corporate Finance M&A & Strategy practice, as well as the Human Resources department. Nicolas graduated from the Institut de Gestion Sociale (IGS) in Paris with a Master 2 in Human Resources Management and Development.
