Trey is a senior member of the firm’s Asset Management and Board Recruiting practices. He also help directs the firm’s financial function. Previously, Trey worked for Russell Reynolds Associates in New York, where he recruited candidates to positions in the areas of corporate finance, portfolio management, general management and human resources. Initially, he worked in the firm’s finance department, where he managed the budget process for 21 offices worldwide. Additionally, he worked on the banking relationships and treasury operations of the firm and managed special projects. Before Russell Reynolds Associates, he worked for J.P. Morgan, later joining their commercial paper advisory group as a liaison between the firm’s marketing and trading operations. Trey has conducted numerous searches for financial services, telecommunications, and technology companies — and has also worked extensively on CFO assignments and corporate governance projects and searches for trustees for mutual fund complexes and board members for companies both public and privately held.
