As Managing Director for our Law Firm Management Practice, Rod Osborne is responsible for leading executive-level retained searches for senior, non-legal law firm management, including in marketing, business development, finance, technology, diversity, human resources, knowledge management, professional development and firm administration. Prior to joining the Law Firm Management Practice, Rod focused on placing general counsel and senior staff attorneys with corporate clients as a member of our In-House Counsel Practice. Rod resides in Cambridge, Mass., lives and dies with the Red Sox, and enjoys creative writing whenever he can find the time.
