Dusan is active in headhunting since 2005. During this period he served wide range of clients but mainly health care, energy, petrochemicals, utilities and production. He was approached with mainly problematic positions which clients couldn’t sort with own resources. These customers were served mainly with headhunting services, but he managed also recruitment and onboarding services for wide variety of positions like operation, production, sales and finance across whole company organizational structure.
