Since 2001, I've increasingly specialized in recruiting management and executive positions in construction, real estate, and infrastructure. Finding the right candidate is and remains the challenge. My strength lies in my thorough approach to inquiry, my empathy, and a systematic and targeted approach to finding and connecting with the right candidate. I believe the enjoyment we have with Dux Nova, both among ourselves and with our clients, is a key driver for our continued success. I'm married to Kirsten and live with our two children in Ulvenhout. I'm a sports enthusiast! On weekends, I enjoy riding my road bike or gravel bike, or spending time on the sidelines with our children playing sports.
