Jan graduated from Stockholm School of Economics with a degree in Business Administration and Finance and has also a degree in Medicine from the Karolinska Institute. With more than 20 years as senior manager in various positions in finance and administration he is well suited to finding talents in these area. Experience gained from McKinsey has given him an excellent analytical toolbox that is applicable for use in the executive search profession. As Managing Partner of IRC Sweden (Bondi Executive Search), Jan is now focusing on finding top talent for clients in the Nordics and northern Europe.
