Szymon started working in the recruitment industry in 2008. Since then he has worked at international, cross-border recruitment consultancies, first in London, then in Spain, to eventually return to Poland. Before joining GP Executive, he held the position of Head of Energy Practice at a Polish branch of a Swiss recruitment boutique firm. During this time he has supported several investors, pe funds, IPPs, developers, equipment manufacturers, EPCs and design offices working in the above mentioned areas in Poland and internationally.
