Samantha Carey is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Washington D.C. office and a member of the Healthcare & Life Sciences, Private Equity and CEO & Board practices. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Samantha led the healthcare services practice at a leading search firm. She began her search career with a boutique search firm. Prior to leadership search, Samantha was with a boutique strategy consulting firm serving the healthcare and life sciences industry. There she focused on M&A, transformation and redesign work within the provider and managed care space, building outpatient and physician networks and helping to shape early managed care and capitation programs.
