Dean sits as part of our market leading finance & operations practice and leads on all HR, Talent & Legal mandates across the private equity, venture capital and alternatives space. Prior to starting his recruitment career in 2015, Dean was a member of the Great Britain kayaking team for eight years, where his greatest achievement was winning a bronze medal at the world championships.
