Tiziana conducts global assignments in the fashion, lifestyle and luxury markets for world renowned clients, family businesses and private equity funds. She has developed significant expertise in the executive recruiting of creative and product talent, as well as C-level positions. Prior to joining Eric Salmon & Partners, she worked for Furla as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and People Care. Previously, she spent more than 20 years in executive search, where she was a consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates and Key2People, where she was a member of the European Branded Apparel and Dedicated Retail Practice within the Consumer sector. At Key2People, she contributed to the start-up of the fashion design practice. In her earlier career, Tiziana worked at Value Partners (a McKinsey & Company spin-off) and Tasa International, where she served clients in the manufacturing and technology sectors. Tiziana is an Italian national and is a graduate in Modern Languages from the IULM University of Milan. She speaks fluent English and French.
