Henk worked for 17 years in aviation and in 1991 he joined a local executive search company. After it was integrated in a worldwide executive search firm he was appointed Managing Partner Belux. As a specialist in aviation he lead in EMEA the Aviation Practice and worked as an advisor to the Secretary General of ICAO. In 2005 and after a sabbatical, Henk settled in Luxemburg and returned to search.

Henk has conducted many CEO searches in the sectors of transportation, services and telecom. He has managed international assessment work in both the private and public sectors, focussing also on aviation.

He holds Master Degrees in Law, International Law, Air and Sea Law as well as in International Legal Cooperation from the VUB Brussels University. In 1974, he graduated from Harvard Law School with a LL.M degree.

He is fluent in French, Dutch and English.
