Mats Hæger has worked for more than 25 years in leading positions in the Swedish and international pharmaceutical industry, especially on the sales and marketing side. During these years, he has gained a broad experience of how people in different positions work and what skills are required. Over the years, Mats has developed a large network of contacts, primarily in the life science industry but also in the FMCG and food industry. Today he works mainly with the recruitment of leaders and specialists.

Mats has also worked as a business developer with assignments in widely different areas and today also teaches marketing and sales at IHM Business School.
