Meera Pandya is a consultant in Caldwell’s Toronto office and a member of the Financial Services and Real Estate practices. With over 15 years of experience in financial services and accounting and 6 years in executive search, she focuses on the recruitment of C-suite and other senior leadership roles. Meera has successfully completed searches in various sectors of the financial services industry including asset management; pensions, domestic & global banking; capital markets; private equity; commercial real estate and fintech. Her functional expertise includes senior real estate executives, in public and private firms; senior HR professionals within financial services & banking; finance & regulatory reporting; market risk and credit management; compliance & treasury; investor relations; CX/UX leaders; product managers and legal counsel. Experience Meera joined Caldwell from Korn Ferry, where she was a managing associate in the North American Financial Services & Real Estate practice. Previously, she was a director of recruitment with a boutique recruitment firm based in Toronto, focusing on financial services, real estate and accounting. Prior to her career in executive search, Meera worked as a financial analyst with two large Canadian not-for-profit foundations and for Xerox Canada. She began her career in pension and institutional investment accounting with CIBC Mellon. Education Ms. Pandya earned an Honours B.A. from the University of Toronto, with a major in sociology and double-minors in anthropology & history.
