Soraia works in the Research and Delivery function for the Natural Resources practice within Granger Reis, working closely with the practice Partners to ensure assignments are delivered successfully to achieve proven results for our clients. Soraia’s expertise lies in working with the mining and metals industry globally, with particular focus in South America. Soraia started her career working for one of the top three largest talent companies in the world, before progressing into specialized resourcing for the global offshore wind energy and oil and gas industries, managing recruitment processes, clients and workforce worldwide from a HR perspective. Soraia has a BSc in Human Resources and Organisational Communication and is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English. She is currently completing further education in UK Employment Law.
