“I studied economics with a focus on marketing and international management as well as financial markets and financial management. As a graduate economist, before joining Headgate GmbH I was able to gain more than 12 years of experience in various positions, including as Head of Marketing & Communications and as Managing Director and as an interim manager and consultant in the personnel services industry. In addition to personnel and company management, my activities focused primarily on the areas of strategy development and implementation in marketing, sales and business development. In June 2019, I joined Headgate Personalberatung as a personnel consultant. Since then I have identified, selected and recruited executives and specialists for large German family businesses and see myself as a sales representative for my clients on the labor market. In addition, I also use my HR marketing and employer branding expertise to constantly develop new and individual options for our clients, in order to reach passively looking candidates in particular. I am happily married, have two wonderful children and find variety especially on the tennis court or with a relaxed round of golf as well as with a good glass of wine and also at the barbecue in my own garden.”
