Prue is an Associate Consultant at Parity Consulting, floral fanatic, Disability and Accessibility Advocate, and self proclaimed caffeine queen. Outside of work she loves gentle adventures with her partner and little dog Florence. Prue also loves baking and tending to her growing collection of neglected houseplants. Prue joined the team at Parity as part of the #RuleChange project, a ground-breaking Parity initiative that demonstrated how new ideas can lead to better hiring processes.
