Before joining Amrop in 2001, Sophie worked for ten years in General Management positions in Russia for multinational companies (Groupe SEB, The Pillsbury Company) after several years of experience in sales and finance for Xerox Group. Sophie belongs to the French Commercial Advisory Committee in Russia. She has been awarded the Chevalier de L’ordre du Merite. Driven by People Development, she believes that human capital is the ultimate competitive advantage as it is unique, thus difficult to duplicate. She enjoys thinking out of the box to assist companies to outperform in complex situations. As a Managing Partner, Sophie manages the overall activity of Amrop in Russia as well as assignments for senior management positions (CEOs, Board Members, Directors, Country Managers, First-line Management). She performs Human Capital Development projects. Sophie is a graduate from ESCP Business School, Paris, France. She is fluent in French, English and Russian.
