Chloe Kanas
Senior Associate
Biography
Chloë joined Isaacson, Miller in 2014. As a senior associate, she works to recruit senior leaders for an array of civic institutions, including higher education and arts and culture organizations, foundations, and smaller mission-driven nonprofits. Prior to her work as a senior associate, Chloë served as a managing search coordinator, supporting multiple search teams working in higher education with a particular focus on the fields of nursing and academic medicine. She has made significant contributions to the advancement of the firm's internal recruiting, practice improvement, professional development, and workplace culture initiatives, projects in which she continues to play a meaningful role. Chloë spent her early career in nonprofit marketing and communications, and secondary education. She has special interest in issues of women and gender; she has served in multiple volunteer roles with global and local LGBTQ organizations and has spent time teaching and advising queer youth. Chloë also served as a Harriet Newhall Fellow in the Office of Admission at her alma mater, Mount Holyoke College.
