Geraldine “Dee Dee” Poole has approximately 40 years of experience assisting clients with accounting services as well as addressing tax disputes/examinations and damage calculations. She has worked extensively with personal service corporations (namely in the medical and legal fields). Ms. Poole has additional experience working with the restaurant, real estate and construction industries. She has worked with clients on compilations and reviews of financial statements. Additionally, she regularly provides tax consulting and accounting services to businesses. Ms. Poole has additional expertise in working with individuals to assist with asset protection as well as estate and financial planning. She joined Marcum through the merger of Goldstein Poole, LLC, a boutique accounting firm for which she served as a principal.
