Rob (1959) started at Centraal Beheer after his HBO Commercial Economics. He then gained international experience at Holland Signaal and at Yamaha Motor Europe. As Commercial Director at Sparta Rijwielen in Apeldoorn, he was responsible, among other things, for the introduction of the electric bicycle. He wanted to work in the dealership and has been Director at Nefkens Utrecht and Kroymans Retail Group. After an interim assignment at Milgro Afvalmanagement, he was General Manager there for a number of years before starting to work independently in 2011 as an interim manager and consultant. After an interim assignment as Regional Manager at Care Autoschade, he decided to join Heiwegen Consultancy as an Associate Partner from September 2017, where he was ultimately responsible for Heiwegen's total service provision to its customers, with a focus on the non-life and retail segment. From February 2022, Rob started as Interim Director at Heiwegen. Rob lives with Ilone in Hazerswoude-Rijndijk. He is an avid hiker and cyclist and enjoys traveling in his spare time.
