Mikael is globally one of the most active members of our global Digital Practice, with assignments for leading companies within the ICT world throughout Europe. He focuses on General Management positions but also on other leading positions at Group Executive level.

Apart from being a seasoned Executive Search Consultant, Mikael has experience from board positions and investments in several fast growing companies. Mikael is co-founder of a fast growing company and pioneered a greenfield expansion to several other countries before a successful trade sell. He knows very well the dimensions between founders, investors and employees in fast growing companies and is a well known advisor within his field of expertise.

Mikael holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management combined with several Executive training sessions at IMD and other institutions.
