Ivonne is a skilled executive with a practical communication style and excellent social intelligence. Her professional background is in nursing, specifically in the “white area” (caring for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional procedures while under anaesthesia). In addition to her nursing experience, Ivonne has almost twenty years of experience managing nursing services and surgical procedures at university clinics. Today, she uses her expertise to consult on healthcare projects and optimize business operations. For more than six years, Ivonne has also been involved in executive search and leadership advisory projects within the healthcare industry and beyond. Her primary focus is delivering exceptional service and finding the best talent for her clients. Outside of work, Ivonne is pursuing part-time studies in health economics and psychology at Apollon University in Bremen. She is married and has two adult children.
