Partner of Tillerman Executive Search since 2013, Jérôme Pallanca heads the Integrated Research Department of the firm. For over 15 years in direct approach recruitment, he has been recognized for his level of competence in terms of searching for profiles, and for his expertise in Finance and Real Estate. It works directly with its own clients, and transversally with its Partners, ensuring that each individual's sector expertise serves clients and candidate partners as well as possible. A graduate of the European Business School, Jérôme Pallanca began his career in 2006 with an American broker in New York. He works on the Cash Equity and Fixed Income part. Back in France in 2007, he entered the world of recruitment by joining the Executive Search branch of a leading Anglo-Saxon firm. He will be responsible for Research in the Finance and Real Estate sectors. At the start of 2013, Jérôme decided to create his own structure and joined Tillerman Executive Search as a Partner. He brings to the firm his expertise in the financial professions of M&A, Corporate Finance, Asset Management, and Private Equity, as well as his know-how in finding profiles. As such, he created the Integrated Research Department of Tillerman Executive Search, and developed it transversally across all the sectors covered by the firm. To meet the growing needs of the firm, in 2018 he recruited a researcher.
