Randi joined Delphi Consulting, the forerunner of Amrop Delphi, in 2001. Randi has many years of management experience from the publishing business and as marketing manager for various companies. She has also been director of a nationwide competence development company. Randi focuses on the recruitment of top and middle managers, management audits and team development. Her area of expertise is in executive search for top level management, especially to NGOs and local municipalities. Randi holds a BA in Social Sciences in Education with additional qualifications in marketing. She has a Masters program in Management of Employment Law from the Norwegian Business School, BI.
