Kevin joined Isaacson, Miller as an Associate in 2021. His practice as an executive search consultant is informed by the diversity of his work in higher education and in the faith community. Kevin’s leadership experiences include his service to the Howard University School of Divinity as Director of Assessment & Strategic Initiatives and as the Frederick D. Patterson Research Fellow at the United Negro College Fund (UNCF). He has also served in a variety of capacities at the Penn Center for Minority Serving Institutions, DC Public Schools, and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). Kevin is also an ordained minister and currently serves as an Associate Pastor at the historic Shiloh Baptist Church in Washington, DC. Prior to returning to the nation’s capitol, he served at the Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago, Illinois, the Cornerstone Baptist Church of Brooklyn, New York. He serves on the Board of Directors at Ezra Youth Seminary and is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Kevin is currently completing his Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership & Policy Studies at Howard University.
