Matt joined Armstrong International in 2001. He is the managing partner with day-to-day responsibility for fixed income, currencies and commodities (FICC), hiring senior people in sales, structuring, research, origination, syndication and trading for developed and emerging markets. Matt has an unrivalled reputation as a search consultant within FICC, having been responsible for some of the highest-profile moves within the sector on the buy-side and sell-side. He has conducted assignments in London, New York and Asia.
