With a warm, engaging personality, and dynamic skillset, Beth is known for having an in-depth understanding of the cultural aspects associated with the hiring process—and her ability to build strong, fruitful candidate relationships. Formerly a Managing Associate within the Korn Ferry Futurestep search business and a member of its Sales & Marketing Center of Expertise, Beth helped attract and secure top sales and marketing talent across multiple industries. She also spent four years as an Executive Recruiter for DHR International—where she specialized in the Retail/Consumer industry and placed key Merchandising, Human Resources, Marketing, and Information Technology executives into a number of Fortune 500 companies. A graduate of the University of Illinois, Beth holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management & Marketing. Actively involved in multiple charities, including the Ronald McDonald House, she finds great satisfaction in supporting her Chicago community—where the culture and Blackhawks make her proud to be a Midwesterner.
