Mark Dillard is a consultant in Caldwell’s Nashville office. With more than 20 years of executive search and business consulting experience, he has demonstrated expertise in recruiting board and senior executives in the life sciences and healthcare industry. In particular, Mark develops and executes search strategies and conducts outreach and candidate assessment for client engagements in the healthcare, technology, device, distribution, managed care and provider service space. Experience Mark’s in-depth sector knowledge and strong professional network have helped him build a reputation for outstanding search execution and client service. He is a professional and results-oriented search partner, with the highest commitment to excellence in process and outcomes for both clients and candidates. Prior to joining Caldwell, Mark had a nine-year career in the executive search industry. He began his career as an audit and assurance consultant at Deloitte. Education Mark holds a Masters of Accounting in auditing and systems, as well as a BBA in accounting from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
