Hi, I’m Matthew Stevenson and I manage the Communications practice desk here at 3Search. I focus on senior interim and permanent Communications appointments across the Financial Services and Professional Services industries. From internal communications and employee engagement, through to, external communications, PR and Crisis Management, I believe that Communications functions play an integral role to an organistation’s success. No two days are ever the same and I love getting involved with big transformation projects. I'm often engaged at the very start of these projects, hearing about the challenges companies face and helping to solve them by connecting them to the right talent.
