Tom's specialist area is US and European Construction Equipment Manufacturers, specifically crane and aerial work platform manufacturers. Tom works in partnership with SME’s and large scale construction equipment manufacturers, supporting them with the recruitment of Senior Sales and Engineering roles. After studying the markets CSG Talent were operating in and discussions with the Head of Construction Equipment Adam Raybould, Tom was keen focus on this area. The construction equipment manufacturer market is in a process of rapid growth and through having an interest in this outside of work, Tom is continually building his knowledge and network. Tom has a degree in Business Management from Leeds University where he carried out a placement year for a gas and oil supplier.
